Katie passed away on May 11, 2025.  She was born in 1928 and was a very active member of the Rhode Island Weaving community.  She worked on both Woven Visions exhibits at the Newport Art Museum.  She woven ecclesiastical textiles for her church and volunteered in the Textile Conservation lab at URI.
