Just a short note about the décor in the PUR hotel in Quebec City, Canada.  On our recent vacation, my husband and I stayed in the PUR hotel and were very happily surprised by the large handwoven mural behind the registration desk!  Natural colored wool roving woven into a large “loom” against the wall in a geometric pattern.   And then upon arrival on our floor – the wallpaper in the hall is a close up of a cable knit sweater!  The mural on the wall of the room was not textile related, but it was a wonderful piece of artwork.  And the view out of the hotel window was a lovely cityscape with a skyscraper with color changing window art after dark!
